Work life balance is a problem for all and is only a way of life for most. Anyone who works is bound to undergo a certain level of stress because it is only with the right decision made, that would ensure that you are in the right path.

Maintaining a good balance is one of the best ways to menial shift work. But it is seen that most of us are not able to make any difference between work at home and work at workplace as most of the time our work life also happens at home.

Being a workaholic could give benefits definitely but affects the overall productivity level. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy and gives him lot of stress. So if we work all day, with no specific time set aside for other things, then it is but obvious that we would be stressed.

Drinking red wine in moderation may reduce one of the risk factors for breast cancer, providing a natural weapon to combat a major cause of death among American women.  Chrisandra Shufelt, from Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute (California, USA), and colleagues studied 36 women  who were randomized to drink either Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay daily for almost a month, then switched to the other type of wine. Blood was collected twice each month to measure hormone levels. Researchers sought to determine whether red wine mimics the effects of aromatase inhibitors, which play a key role in managing estrogen levels. A
